Job Title: Technical Account Manager
Location: Bangalore ( This is a work from office This is a night shift role)
Timing: US East Coast ( 5:30pm IST To 2:30pm IST)
Position Level: Level 4 ( 8yrs to 12yrs exp) and Level 3 ( 4yrs to 7yrs exp)
Position Type: Fulltime (Immediate Joiner required)

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Xactly Corporation you will be at the forefront of managing a portfolio of production customers playing a pivotal role in their success journey with our suite of products. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting quarterly planning sessions leading and implementing changes in our products and accelerating value for our clients. Youll work closely with clients at the Director level and above providing them with best practice recommendations for business process optimization and enhancing their enduser experience. Were seeking an individual with a strong consulting background exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of sales compensation or management domains coupled with technical proficiency in SQL development.

What Core Skills You Need to Succeed in This Role
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 810 years of experience in Technology Consulting and Business Analysis or related fields
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into solution design
  • Strong technology and business acumen with matching problemsolving skills
  • Deep understanding of SDLC RDBMS data structures and database concepts
  • Proficiency in SQL development
  • Prior experience with relevant domains
  • System integration experience and troubleshooting skills
  • Outstanding serviceorientation strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Experience in a deadlinedriven fastpaced environment
  • Selfawareness motivation coachability and ability to work seamlessly as part of a larger team

A Typical Day in This Role:
  • Conduct quarterly planning sessions with clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
  • Lead and implement changes in Xactly s suite of products to address client requirements.
  • Accelerate value and improve operational efficiency for clients through proactive engagement and solution optimization.
  • Provide best practice recommendations for business process optimization and enduser experience enhancement.
  • Interact with clients at the Director level and above to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer outcomes and ensure alignment with company objectives.
