Our client has recently rebranded and launched a professional IT recruitment division focussed on IT Consulting Temp and Permanent recruitment services.

In this position you will not only have the chance to develop your career be supported and coached and also surround yourself with top talent thought leadership and a great atmosphere in a company striving to improve and develop itself consistently.

Tasks

  • Develop and grow the IT business through business development and client acquisition and account management
  • Act as a brand ambassador when with clients at events and on the market
  • Headhunt recruit network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client but also recieve support from a dedicated recruiting team
  • Interview and evaluate candidates to match your requirements
  • Deliver a bestinclass service on the market

Requirements

  • Several years experience in IT/Technology recruitment within a recruitment agency ideally on the Swiss market
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Complete understanding of the recruitment cycle sales and business development
  • An unrivalled passion for the industry
  • English and German are both essential
