Tech Lead

NA has a client in Cincinnati OH that is seeking a Tech Lead to join their team on a 12month contract basis. This position is currently a 1 year engagement with the possibility to extend. They will be building UIs and services that present RMS2 buying data to buyers in a manner that allows them to do their jobs more effectively than the base RMS UI. This streamlining of processes creates a onestopshop experience for buyers.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with Architect and DevOps engineer to develop executable implementation strategy

* Develop a highquality codebase lead design discussions execute development against design and navigate complex codebase

* Oversee the implementation of enterprise standards across domains: operations infrastructure data applications development security and risk and business continuance

* Provide technical leadership to ensure clarity between ongoing projects and the strategic objectives of the company

* Drive digital innovation by leveraging innovative new technologies and approaches to renovate extend and transform the existing core technology base and IT estate

* Present opportunities with cost/benefit analysis to leadership to shape sound architectural decisions

* Lead the analysis of the technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement

* Mentor team members in software development principles patterns processes and practices

* Draft and review architectural diagrams interface specifications class structures and other design documents
