Position Tech Lead Frontend (React.js Next.JS & Capacitor.JS)
Experience 8 to 10 Years
Job Location Pune
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Frontend Tech Lead to join our dynamic development team.
The ideal candidate will be a handson leader with expertise in ReactJS NextJS and CapacitorJS.
As a Tech Lead you will play a key role in leading and mentoring the frontend development team
driving technical excellence and contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Frontend Developer.
Strong proficiency in ReactJS NextJS and CapacitorJS.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g. Redux) and RESTful API integration.
Excellent understanding of frontend build tools and package managers (e.g. Webpack npm).
Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobilefirst development.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of handson experience in frontend development with a focus on ReactJS and related technologies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with native mobile app development using CapacitorJS or similar technologies.
Knowledge of DynamoDB and other modern frontend technologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers providing guidance on best practices coding standards and architectural decisions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including backend developers designers and product managers to ensure successful project delivery.
HandsOn Development:
Contribute to the development of complex frontend solutions using ReactJS NextJS and CapacitorJS.
Build scalable and responsive web applications.
Write clean modular and maintainable code to meet project requirements.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces.
Architecture and Design:
Drive the architectural design and implementation of scalable and efficient frontend systems.
Collaborate with the architecture team to ensure alignment with overall project architecture.
Code Review and Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Implement and enforce best practices for testing code quality and performance optimization.
Innovation and Technology Trends:
Stay informed about the latest frontend technologies tools and trends.
Introduce innovative solutions and technologies to enhance the overall frontend development process.
Collaboration and Communication:
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment through effective communication and knowledge sharing.
Communicate technical concepts and decisions to nontechnical stakeholders.
