As the Tech Lead / Engineering Manager you will be responsible for building and leading a team of squad engineers focused on delivering cuttingedge technology in the online wagering (sports betting and horse racing) fields. Whilst leading the team you will also be required to be handson in writing clean efficient and maintainable React and React Native Code in line with the companys architectural patters and practices.
Leadership (25%) Recruit and lead the squad of engineers Technical leadership and direction of the frontend squad Accountable for the performance of the squad (delivery and quality) Primary point of contact for squad and stakeholders Coding & Architecture (+50%) Write clean, efficient, and maintainable React and React Native code Ensures the company's architectural patterns and practices are followed Lead solution design for complex front-end projects. Delivery & communication Manage trade-offs between code complexity, UI performance and product requirements Ensures squad are delivering to timelines and quality expectations Communicates proactively on squad performance & deliverables
Requirements
Leadership (25%)
