We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative Renewable Energy to provide highlevel customer support for our client who is a leading global specialist in systems and solutions for photovoltaic technology and renewable energy.
In this occasion we are looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative Renewable Energy with a native level of Dutch and advanced English language skill.
Responsible tasks include answering complex technical customer issues by phone and online web tools and to provide support to other departments of our client. The Technical Customer Support Representative Renewable Energy is responsible for using communication and troubleshooting skills to provide customer support to electrical installers and end customers of our client.
A technical associate degree or equivalent combination of education
is required. An electro technical qualification is preferred.
or an (Higher) Electric Technical Vocational Certificate / Diploma
(CicloFormativoGradoSuperior) or comparable experiences
Basic understanding of mathematical concepts including graphical
representation of data
Deeper interest of PV/Solar technology and systems: PV/Solar
inverters modules monitoring & control as also storage and e
mobility systems standards and normative requirements
Required languages
Dutch Native or bilingual
English Advanced (B2C1)
Residence in Barcelona is required (or willing to relocate).
