Schedule: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM PH Time
Salary: Php 40000.00 Php 50000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A TEAM LEADER
Your Responsibilities as a Team Leader:
Lead and supervise project teams to ensure the successful completion of commercial projects.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Utilize your estimating experience to accurately assess project costs prepare bids and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
Monitor project progress identify potential risks or obstacles and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment motivating team members to achieve their full potential and meet project goals.
Maintain open communication channels with clients addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications as a Team Leader:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the construction industry preferably with estimating experience.
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes techniques and materials.
Experience / Familiarity with using Estimating tools is an advantage
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Personable
Ability to multitask prioritize tasks effectively and work well under pressure.
Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality results.
Experience with estimating software and cost estimation techniques is highly desirable.
