Team Leader in the Senior Sales Advisor Department Cape Town CBD
Reporting to: Head of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales agents performance monthly ensuring timely completion of probation contracts and KPIs.
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly training coaching and development for all employees.
  • Efficiently manage hardware security and reporting internally and externally.
  • Maintain effective communication channels between staff and management.
  • Oversee HRrelated functions to manage the team effectively.
  • Monitor and ensure quality control compliance with company tools.
  • Prepare statistics for daily/weekly/monthly meetings with managers.
  • Identify problem areas and provide solutions aligned with business processes.
  • Manage all internal and external communications.
  • Handle general admin responsibilities on an individual level.
  • Meet all deadlines promptly.
  • Demonstrate creativity in planning theme days and fostering agent relationships.
  • Follow up on payments and document submissions promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external processes and regulations.

Competencies:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Senior Advisor Team Leader.
  • Strong communication interpersonal analytical administrative and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel writing credit bureau reports sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and telephony systems.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and best practices in credit repair.
  • Any relevant certification or training in credit repair is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
