Currently they are seeking a Sales Team Leader who is resultsoriented to undertake the following responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Cultivating the sales team
- Orchestrating sales activities
- Implementing sales strategies
- Providing training guidance and growth opportunities
- Managing team KPI performance
- Establishing and communicating individual goals and objectives with regular feedback for performance improvement
- Driving sales
- Inspiring the team to achieve daily targets
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Clear ITC and criminal record
- Minimum of 2 years experience in team management in a call center environment
- Prior experience in debt review (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
