As a Team Leader you will lead and manage a team dedicated to meeting all client expectations. Your role will involve providing regular and impactful coaching to your team members fostering their professional growth and enhancing their performance.

• Previous experience as a team leader for an AU telecommunications campaign is highly preferred.
  
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the related industry.
  
• Strong leadership skills including the ability to inspire and influence others build trust and foster a collaborative work environment.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  

• Manage a team to ensure meeting all client expectations.
  
• Provide regular and impactful coaching to your team.
  
• Handle escalations to ensure customers concerns are resolved.
