Team Leader General Ledger

- Booking tasks arising from General Accounting operations including, but not limited to prepaid expenses, cash, salaries, corporate income tax;

- Manage and lead a team of 6 people, providing supervision, coaching and support;

- Ownership of balance sheet control reconciliation for General Accounting area including investigation of reconciling items to clear in a timely manner;

- Continuously drives for optimization and for alignment to the changing business needs;

- Offers support and consultancy in the optimization of working files and internal processes within the stream;

- Offers professional expertise and guidance during the review process from accounting/finance, tax and customs perspective;

Requirements

- Solid knowledge and experience in accounting and tax;

- Capacity to work autonomously;

- Team management experience;

- Database management and ERP knowledge is preferred;

- Good communication skills;

- Structured and analytical thinking;

- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
