Job Description

Team Leader Collections Team is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of loan officers in the collections department. They are responsible for ensuring efficient and effective collection activities providing guidance and support to team members and achieving collection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Conduct monthly and weekly reviews of loan officers performance.
Conduct joint reviews of nonperforming/existing loan officers with the Assistant Manager (AM) on a monthly/weekly basis.
Conduct daily team huddles to align goals and objectives.
Monitor and address email activities promptly.
Conduct floor walk activities to provide realtime guidance and support to team members.
Resolve queries of loan officers during customer calls and escalate when necessary.
Conduct call monitoring and provide feedback to loan officers.
Monitor the dialer for adherence to realtime targets.
Monthly Review of Loan Officers:
Prepare reports before the team huddle.
Conduct monthly reviews of loan officers performance.
Review nonperforming/existing loan officers jointly with the AM.
Audit the Loan Officer Development Program (LODP) of each officer on a daily/weekly basis.
Weekly Activity Plan:
Prepare reports before the team huddle.
Conduct the team huddle to align goals and objectives.
Audit the LODP of each officer on a weekly basis.
Review the weekly progress of each loan officer in the team.
Resolve queries of loan officers during customer calls.
Conduct floor walk activities to provide realtime guidance and support.
Monitor the dialer for adherence to realtime targets.
Daily Activity Details:
Prepare reports before the team huddle.
Conduct the team huddle to align goals and objectives.
Resolve queries of loan officers during customer calls.
Address floor walk activities at least four times a day for 15 minutes each documenting the findings and actions in an email to the reporting manager.
Conduct call monitoring and provide feedback to loan officers.
Monitor the dialer for adherence to realtime targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Connect Rate: 80%
Conversion on Connect: 50%
Conversion on Allocation: 40%
