Mandatory Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of onpaper experience in handling and leading a team of 1520 agents in the brokerage trading banking or insurance sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Indepth knowledge of brokerage trading banking or insurance products and services.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Conduct daily call audits and mock calls.
- Organize and conduct knowledge sessions.
- Achieve business Key Result Areas (KRAs).
Skill Set: Sales Management Training Team Management Monitoring Lead Generation.
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Mode of Interview: Face to Face
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
