Role
- Monitor and manage day to day performance against KPIs
- Set clear team goals and KPIs / Monitor team performance
- Motivate team members and create a healthy working atmosphere
- Discover training needs and provide coaching Motivate team members and create a healthy working atmosphere
- Identify and Report Opportunities of improvement at process level
- Assisting Executives with difficult cases guiding them through difficult issues
Qualification
- Any Bachelors Degree
- Min 6 months to 1 year of ORM Experience in a Team Leader role
- Proficient with MS Office and ORM tools
- Strong coaching and leadership skills ability to motivate employees
- Strong problemsolving ability and analytical skills
