Tasks

• Managing (coordination of resources tasks and jobs) of the mechanical design engineering team members.
• Develop and supply design competence for ideation concepts calculations design coordination of suppliers FAT SAT including appropriate documentation.
• Responsible for design development process.
• Mentoring and coaching of team members.
• Reporting to Department lead.

Requirements

• Master / Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Engineering or similar).
• Approximately >5 years experience as a mechanical engineer.
• Approximately >23 years experience as a team leader.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Fluent in English (German a plus).
• Empathetic and emotionally intelligent personality.
