Team Lead in Cybersecurity Tools

We are currently seeking an experienced Team Lead in Cybersecurity Tools for a longterm contract in Austin TX. This position will have a hybrid setting with an expectation of 2 days be worked onsite in Austin TX. Your duties may include but not be limited to the following:

• Supervising and management of the Cybersecurity Operations Tools Team; working under the management of the clients Cybersecurity Officer.
• Administering maintenance and resilience of Cybersecurity tools; realtime data
  metrics and correlated incident input to the client Manager for use in daily monitoring and incident response; and support of daily
  operations and incident response activities.
• Providing tooling input for end of month and annual reporting requirements
  as dictated by client.
• Providing recommendations for improvements in daily operations resilience and
  Cybersecurity operational maturity.
• Providing services in the following areas:
  • Custom Managed Scanning Services
  • Custom Managed Endpoint Protection
  • Managed CISCO Secure Network Analytics Service
  • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) administration

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• 8 yrs. of work experience managing/leading technical teams.
• 8 yrs. of work experience deploying and configuring Network Security monitoring and incident response tools such as EDR Scanners SIEM Netflow etc.
• 8 yrs. of work experience administering Network Security monitoring and incident response tools such as EDR Scanners SIEM Netflow etc.
• 8 yrs. of work experience in intrusion detection and incident response activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8 yrs. of work experience with the CISCO security suite of tools.
• 8 yrs. of work experience with Microsoft EDR tools.
• 8 yrs. of work experience with Microsoft Sentinel.
• 8 yrs. of work experience with the Tenable suite of tools.
