Team Assistant

BSI Merch in Berlin is looking for a dedicated and motivated Team Assistant to join our growing team. Based in London and Berlin BSI Merch provides online retail and merchandise solutions for clients all over the world the UK company has been in business for over 30 years!

Tasks

Assist and support the A&R Touring and Production department in the daytoday running of the business
Assist with researching troubleshooting organising and documenting meetings
To source and nurture new clients and to assist with the continuing success of existing accounts
To assist with touring logistics calculations and settlements
To ensure production and delivery deadlines are met in timely manner
General office management

Requirements

Efficient wellstructured and organized
A problem solver with strong communication skills and an eye for detail
Good time management and the ability to complete tasks on a priority basis
Handsonapproach
Ability to deal with different departments and a range of clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office project management software analytics tools and general logistics
Previous experience as an assistant
Fluent in German and English
Open and willing to learn and grow with us
A general understanding of the (live) music industry and/or merchandise/clothing is a plus
General marketing and ecommerce (especially Shopify) knowledge is a plus
