Lesson Flow
1. Student picks a topic which she/he wants to talk about.
2. Writing teacher replies to what the student wrote.
3. The student and teacher reply to each other up to 5 times, and then, a correction teacher corrects the student's writing.
4. The student reviews the correction.
5.The student book the Speaking lesson and uses the corrected script.

Writing teacher; a teacher who replies and keeps a conversation going with a student
Correction teacher; a teacher who corrects a teacher's writing and student's
Speaking teacher; a teacher who has an online video lesson with a student

Salary
Payments are done via Paypal.
10 yen per one reply (Writing teacher)
40 yen per correcting a pair of conversation (Correction teacher)
340yen per one Skype lesson (25min) (Skype teacher)
