Tax Risk Analyst (Fund Management)

Tasks

Supporting advisory in international tax matters regarding fund management / Responsible for advisory to the investment teams in the tax due diligence process and tax structuring / Provide tax modelling for the different funds / Analysis of fund flows and provisioning for deferred tax / Monitoring of the tax compliance process / Coordination of the tax returns in collaboration with external advisors / Arranging tax reporting to investors / Providing support for US tax matters including submission of annual CRS/AIA reporting / Reviewing form for US Tax / Providing coordination of information collection for US tax filings / Controlling operational tax procedures / Monitoring of changes in international and domestic taxation rules / Managing special projects.

Requirements

University degree in Finance Tax or LL.M. / Experienced in international tax for funds / Professional experience with FATCA/QI or CRS/AEoI / Understanding of the international tax issues relating to fund structuring / Understanding of double tax treaties investor tax reporting and crossborder VAT issues / Ability to work independently as a project leader / Well organized with a high attention to detail / Communication skills / Reliable personality / English and German.
