InfraHire is looking for a Tax Manager in San Antonio TX.
Job Description:
- Examines each engagement at its commencement and ensures its proper completion before submission to the Partner for signatures.
- Oversees client engagements adhering to budgets and deadlines and reports any impediments to the Partner.
- Conducts training sessions and offers guidance to staff on tax developments while reviewing and evaluating their work.
- Verifies the accuracy and currency of client tax files.
- Approves tax returns for designated clients.
- Handles client tax compliance matters and ensures that staff comprehends the tasks to be completed.
- Provides a scorecard detailing completed work realization rates and performance metrics.
- Represents clients before tax authorities and prepares response communications for taxing authorities.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Masters or Bachelors degree in accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in public accounting.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
