Job Description:
Our tax team based in NJ is seeking a Tax Compliance Manager I to play an integral role in US income tax matters. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing federal proforma tax returns in Corptax and supporting workpapers.
• Efiling the Client federal consolidated tax return.
• Managing and mentoring an income tax associate.
• Assisting with information document requests related to federal and state income tax audits.
• Investigating and resolving income tax notices.
• Coordinating tax payments on behalf of the Client tax department.
• Assisting with quarterly and annual US GAAP income tax provision.
• Reviewing the Companys Income Tax account reconciliations.
• Driving efficiency and simplicity into the Client tax function.

About You:
The successful candidate must be inquisitive enthusiastic organized analytical and a team player. Key qualifications include:

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• 510 years of US federal and state income tax practical and technical tax expertise
• College degree in Finance/Accounting; MS in Taxation and/or a CPA is a plus
• Experience with SAP/HFM/Corptax/Alteryx is a plus

Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
