Tax Associate

Responsibilities:

• Support tech and life sciences clients at all growth stages
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions capital markets and corporate finance
• Handle equity financings technology transfers complex licensing and collaboration arrangements
• Engage in domestic and international tax planning

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of (Law Firm) tax law experience
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions capital markets and corporate finance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
• Superior academic credentials

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $365000 $435000 (based on year classification)
