• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including bank reconciliations and payroll for various clients with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Manage a diverse client base with varying bookkeeping requirements including monthly nightly weekly and daily clients adapting scheduling and workload management accordingly.
  
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis filtering and manipulation to extract relevant information for tax forms and reports.
  
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals companies and trusts ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  
• Lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and oversee the review of different tax reports for clients.
  
• Maintain effective communication and relationship management with multiple clients providing proactive support and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
  

• Bachelor s degree in a specialty area such as accounting finance or business administration.
  
• 35 years of relevant experience in Bookkeeping and Tax Accounting (Australia).
  
• Have extensive experience in the Australian market particularly with a strong understanding and experience in Bookkeeping and preparing tax returns individual company and trust.
  
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• Prior success conducting daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
