Talent Recruitment & Development Manager (m/w/x)

Tasks

A variety of tasks are waiting for you amongst others:

• From day 1 you will be the HR contact person for the region EUROPE and work closely with international HR colleagues on Recruiting and Development
• You will be responsible for Recruiting in the entire life cycle: from the job description to the offer you will accompany the Regional Head Office positions to be filled
• You will also look after the Talent Development scope and support the implementation management and development of talent management and development programs and processes
• You keep up to date with the best practices and legal background on Talent Recruiting and Development and adapt our strategies accordingly

Requirements

You bring along:

• You already have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of Recruiting and Development preferably in an international environment

• You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business or psychology

• You enjoy dealing with people and like to communicate in English German is considered as a plus

• You have very good user knowledge of the common MS Office programs

• You are a team player show initiative and want to contribute ideas

• You are adaptable and responsible and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
