Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team with a primary focus on Executive Sales and Marketing recruitment. This is a remote position based in the United Kingdom with opportunities to recruit talent from various global locations with the UK US and Dubai being key areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting with a focus on autonomy and ownership of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process for all departments within the company including sourcing screening interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment methods and channels to attract top talent including job boards social media and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the employer brand and attract passive candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews assessments and other recruitment activities efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends competitive landscapes and best practices in recruitment.
  • Collaborate within the HR function to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role with a focus on international recruitment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment laws regulations and best practices in the UK and other global locations.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
