Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Executive plays a crucial role in the organizations success by identifying and acquiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract and retain highquality employees ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms professional networks)
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge skills soft skills and experience
- Utilize HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidates
- Promote the companys employer brand to attract top talent
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate and finalize employment offers
- Track key recruiting metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and employment legislation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition executive or similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of fullcycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Proficiency in using various sourcing techniques and tools
- Solid understanding of employment law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decisionmaking and negotiation abilities
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
