Tableau Admin

NA has a client that is seeking a Tableau Admin in Nashville TN.

Duties:

• Installation configuration upgrades and patches
• Tableau Admin will maintain backup and recovery procedures for Tableau Server
• Configure and manage security settings including SSL certificates encryption and authentication
• Conduct performance tuning exercises for Tableau workbooks and data sources methods
• Monitor Tableau Server performance identify bottlenecks and optimize server resources to ensure smooth and efficient operation
• Collaborate with DBAs to optimize database performance manage data sources and ensure Tableau connectivity
• As a Tableau Admin you will work with networking teams to ensure Tableau Server connectivity firewall configurations and network optimizations
• Work with security teams to implement and enforce security policies access controls and data protection measures
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Tableau users resolving issues related to server connectivity data sources dashboards and performance

Location: Remote

Strong background in Tableau administration including:

• Installation configuration upgrades and patches

Experience:

• 2 years of FTE Tableau Admin work experience
• Tableau Admin certification a plus
