We are currently seeking a Systems Operations Intern to join our dynamic IT team with a focus on optimizing Zoho applications


Daily Tasks:

  • Monitor the performance of Zoho applications and systems.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for endusers and associates.

  • Assist in responding to and resolving helpdesk tickets related to Zoho applications.

  • Conduct routine system checks and backups.

  • Creation of dashboards reports and scheduled emails to meet evolving business needs.


Weekly Tasks:

  • Collaborate with teams to identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Develop and implement smallscale automation using Deluge scripting.

  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and upcoming tasks.


Monthly Tasks:

  • Assist in conducting system audits to ensure compliance and security.

  • Document system configurations updates and changes.

  • Review and optimize existing workflows within Zoho applications.


Ad Hoc Tasks:

  • Create and customize reports and dashboards within Zoho applications.

  • Schedule emails and notifications for automated processes.

  • Build and maintain Zapier integrations to enhance system functionality.

  • Collaborate with the Data Validation Manager to ensure data integrity.

  • Export and import data as needed for various projects and analyses.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Familiarity with Zoho applications and Deluge scripting.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Proactive with a high agency to drive tasks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with residents in assigned communities to promote and sell fibre internet services, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings. Walking Routes: Follow designated walking routes to maximize coverage and reach potential customers within the community. Educational Outreach: Educate potential customers about the advantages of our fibre internet services and answer any questions or concerns they may have. Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and insights after each shift, including customer interactions, concerns, and market trends. Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays. Sales Reporting: Accurately record and upload sales data into both client systems and our internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes. Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favorable impression of the company. Qualifications and Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to walk for extended periods and follow designated routes Sales or customer service experience is a plus Reliable and punctual Reporting Structure: The External Fibre Sales Associate will report to a designated Team Leader who will provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
