Position Description:
- Day to day development of call flows using Cisco ICM/CVPVXML Scripting
- JAVA.
- SQL DB
- Cyara automated testing tool
- Nuance Mix Design skill set
- Visio Tool expertise
- Splunk
- CICD knowledge and Agile Methodology
- Software development includes new projects maintenance small changes and diagnostics of operational defects delivered in sprints.
- Created test driven development using test cases created by automated testing software (Cyara)
- Work collaboratively with both infrastructure and development teams to diagnose production support issues
Skills Required:
- Cisco CVP Java Rest Web Services UCCE ICM
Experience Required:
- 3 years of experience in working on CISCO UCCE development Strong knowledge and experience in IVR call flow development:
Education Required:
- BE or equivalent professional degree
