Job Title: Systems Analyst/ Engineer

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Location: Remote

Years of experience: 5 yrs.

MUST HAVES

System Engineer / Administration Administration Configuration & Integrations

Will be supporting SaaS Products in AWS/GCP

Some programming language Python/Java/Any other

Security SAML/OAuth/SSO etc.

Written/Verbal Communications skills for Documentation

Responsibilities:

Looking for Systems Administrator / Engineer who can take are of Cloud based Products (SaaS) related to AWS GCP etc.

Will be working with business teams and vendors to come up with solutions with SaaS Products along with Integrations

Will be working on SAML OAuth Splunk Integrations SSO etc.

Will be working on SFTP files

Will be logging in and doing configurations and integrations of a particular tool

Some development background is needed any programming language will work Python/Java/Any other

Majorly working on administration integrations and configurations

Support guy coming from development background

Wil be supporting GCP Google Analytics Big Query Docebo etc.

Need someone who can support SaaS Products

These products are in Marketing space like social media platforms Google Analytics etc.

Salesforce Administration exp desired not required

Any exp with LMS tools is desired not required

CMS Administration exp like Drupal SharePoint etc. is desired not required

Will be working on Product Licenses/Certifications reviewing contingency plans with the vendors related to failover/failbacks Product Evaluation Selection and Onboarding and eventually integration

Strong Documentation exp like knowledge base integrations etc.
