Systems Administrator IT Infrastructure Engineer

The role of the employee will be to ensure the management of the the clients networks and systems as well as to provide IT support to users on a daily basis.

The employee will also participate in the implementation of Group IT systems in Europe Africa and Asia.

Tasks

• Professionally and efficiently provide IT support to users in Europe and on remote sites (Africa Asia)
• Provide technical support for all of the Groups IT products and services

This includes answering technical questions carrying out IT interventions of any nature providing user training in software and hardware

• Participate in the administration of Group networks and IT systems (servers firewalls wireless systems electrical equipment infrastructures)
• Ensure the management of the IT assets of the subsidiaries in collaboration with local teams
• Participate in the administration of the central infrastructure in Switzerland (VMware Fortinet Cisco Citrix MSSQL MS Exchange SharePoint Avaya etc.)
• Ensure the management of various IT infrastructure projects in Europe and Africa

• VMware ESXi VMWare Workstation vMotion vSphere
• NetApp and storage technologies
• Citrix XenApp XenDesktop
• Wireless technologies of all types
• ESET Server console
• IP telephony systems
• VEEAM data backup systems Veritas BackupExec
• MS Azure cloud
• Computer hardware (servers workstations peripherals components etc.)
• Ability to manage IT projects of any size and complexity
