System Julia ML Architect

Location: Remote from EU

Position Type: full time.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Julia Architect to join our team focusing on the development of ML models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning system architecture and the Julia programming language. This role involves designing and implementing scalable and efficient ML models contributing to the development of our ML infrastructure and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to integrate ML capabilities into various applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models using the Julia programming language ensuring high performance scalability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain a robust ML infrastructure that supports the entire model lifecycle including data preprocessing training evaluation and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists engineers and product teams to understand requirements and integrate ML models into diverse applications.
• Optimize existing ML algorithms and develop new algorithms to improve performance and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ML Julia programming and related technologies and assess their applicability to our projects.
• Mentor team members and lead by example in code quality architecture design and testing.

Qualification

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Mathematics

  Statistics or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
• Proven experience in machine learning data science or a related field including Clustering Planning algorithms.
• Strong expertise in the Julia/C programming language including experience with Julias ML libraries and tools (e.g. Flux.jl MLJ.jl).
• Total development experience more then 8 years.
• Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g. Python C) and ML frameworks.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms data structures and software architecture principles.
• Experience with highperformance computing parallel computing and optimization techniques.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and a passion for innovation in ML.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Desired Skills

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS GCP Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for ML model deployment and monitoring.
• Familiarity with data engineering tools and techniques including databases data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Contributions to opensource projects or community involvement in Julia or ML ecosystems.
