Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in patching updating and troubleshooting both servers and workstations using SCCM and Intune.
• Experience working with user authentication using Okta
• Proven experience in managing Azure AD AD DHCP PKI and DNS.
• Solid scripting skills (e.g. shell scripts Python Powershell).
• Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers TCP/IP).
• Proven working knowledge with Different SaaS APIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all systems and infrastructure using SCCM and Intune.
• Deploy patches and applications to Servers/endpoints using SCCM and Intune.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
• Manage AzureAD AD DHCP PKI and DNS.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Recommend process and architecture improvements stay current with new technology options and vendor products evaluating which ones would be a good fit for the company.
• Maintain infrastructure security backup and redundancy strategies.
• Oversee and maintain our Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure ensuring optimized and costeffective resource utilization.
• Handle all aspects of Microsoft software and service licensing ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
• Develop maintain and deploy Powershell scripts for automation configuration and management tasks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation ensuring the implementation of industry best practices throughout our IT processes.
• Proven experience in designing IT solutions and leading projects from inception to completion.
