System Engineer

We are seeking a Systems Engineer specializing in 3rd line operations and development. In this role you will be instrumental in the design and development of the client platform handling monitoring cases troubleshooting and actively participating in the planning of patching and testing for new releases.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the client platform including monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Plan patching and testing for new releases.
• Package new applications and certify new hardware.
• Manage and further develop the Intune environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Defender Enterprise for security.
• Handle client management for Windows Mac iOS and Android.
• Administer Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
• Conduct application packaging.
• Work with Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Manage both hardware and software in client management.
• Create manage and maintain the Windows image lifecycle.
• Provide user support and work with WSUS (Windows Server Update Services).
• Utilize Windows PowerShell for scripting.
• Collaborate with IT management and IT security within authorities and/or the public sector.

Requirements:

• Relevant education and/or several years of work experience match the competency requirements.
• Indepth knowledge of MECM and expertise within Intune.
• Experience in Microsoft Defender Enterprise client management and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in application packaging Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Previous experience in user support and WSUS.
• Familiarity with Windows PowerShell.
