We are an AI venture founded in 2016 by a CEO and CTO from BCG. With the mission of creating a new vision for all industries and connecting technology and business the company uses machine learning technology to solve problems jointly develop technologies and support new businesses and companywide DX promotion for core processes that are particularly unique and profitable in the business processes of client companies. We also provide support for new businesses and companywide DX promotion. Specifically we develop and provide tailormade custom AI that solves issues that are difficult to solve with generalpurpose or packaged products armed with the two axes of cuttingedge machine learning technology emanating from academia and understanding of business sites and the knowledge and knowhow of AI implementation there. Our unique feature among many AI ventures is that we focus on new business and research and development products for application to services for our client companies. We work on many projects that create new value that does not currently exist and that are difficult to achieve with current efficiency and standardized solutions.

Due to the increasing number of projects involving the entire process from Proof of Concept (PoC) to full development (system production deployment) we are establishing a new development engineering team. Collaborating with our solution designers machine learning engineers and external partner companies you will drive the development of systems and services using machine learning. Specifically you will be responsible for the endtoend phases including requirements definition design development testing and operation leading up to the full deployment after the PoC.

Job Responsibilities

• Taking a leading role in the development of systems/services using machine learning
• Deploying machine learning models implemented by machine learning engineers onto the system. Even if you dont have prior knowledge of machine learning at the time of joining you can catch up after joining.
• Providing support for improving machine learning models from an operational perspective
• Establishing the system development engineering team

• Over 3 years of experience in system (backend) development
• Backend development experience using Java Ruby on Rails PHP Go Python Rust or similar technologies

• IT literacy at the level of a basic information processing engineer
