EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

• Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Operating system product line administration, with focus on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 as client operating systems
  
• Experience of/in:
  Windows Administration and relevant certifications: e.g. MCITP
  Client provisioning and bare metal install using MDT and SCCM as toolsets
  Troubleshooting client OS and software provisioning problems
  Application Provisioning technologies
  
• CES experience to support NFIU and CANON
  
• Uniflow experience
  
  Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
  
• Thin client I zero client deployment technology
  
• Experience in remote application provisioning services based on, but not limited to, Windows Remote App concept
  
  DUTIES/ROLE:
  
• Prepare and maintain operational workstation baseline for multiple networks within the agency
  
• Assure successful deployment of security updates and antimalware/data loss prevention endpoints
  
• Assure security hardening based on secunty settings and group policies
  
• Provide automated reporting on utilisation of resources with regards to licensing and capacity management
  
• Load users and workstations into a datacentre centric infrastructure
  
• Install and document remote application provisioning services based on, but not limited to, Windows Remote App concept
  
• Liaise with the Agencys Centralised Service Desk for incident problem and change management
