Are you ready to shape the future of airport experiences globally We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the position of Senior Vice President (SVP) Global Guest Experience & Operations at Airport Dimensions a division of Collinson. As the SVP you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the guest experience vision and operational strategy across our expanding network of airport locations.

Purpose of the Job:As the SVP Global Guest Experience & Operations you will lead a team of Directors overseeing ADs proprietary and partnership locations. Managing over 1000 team members you will optimize operational capabilities ensure fiduciary requirements are met and deliver on SLAs. With responsibility for a budget exceeding $200M (160M) annually you will drive improvements in operational performance customer satisfaction staff engagement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement guest experience and operations strategy.
  • Negotiate manage and evaluate thirdparty provider relationships.
  • Set goals for operational performance growth and improvement.
  • Oversee financial strategy and budgeting ensuring alignment with operational priorities.
  • Monitor performance and identify efficiency issues proposing solutions.
  • Design and implement a scalable guest experience strategy.
  • Establish benchmarks resources and standards for strategic goals.
  • Monitor and report customer engagement performance ratings.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant experience in a senior leadership role in airport airline or airline lounge operations.
  • Strategic thinking and a track record of successful financial operations management.
  • Executivelevel communication and influencing skills.
  • Creative problemsolving and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix international management structure.

Person Specification:The ideal candidate is an exemplary leader with superb business acumen strategic vision and a focus on detail. You possess exceptional communication skills recognizing and demonstrating the value of each team member. As a proactive and adaptable leader you navigate situations with professionalism and identify solutions quickly.
