Your Role:

• Take a leading role in our kitchen brigade as a Senior Chef de Partie specialising in sushi.
• Expertise in sushi and experience with Omakasestyle dining is highly advantageous.
• Collaborate with a team of distinguished chefs and culinary experts.
• Craft and present highquality Japanese dishes focusing on sushi and Omakase experiences.
• Contribute to menu development recipe creation and culinary innovation.
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff sharing your deep knowledge and passion for Japanese cuisine.

Were Looking For:

• An experienced Sushi Chef with stable career progression in renowned establishments.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a sushi chef in a similar role preferably in internationally recognised businesses.
• Extensive knowledge of and passion for Japanese cuisine especially sushi.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in English and the ability to obtain IELTS 4.0 or higher.
