Job Summary:
The Jr. Survey Programmer will be responsible for and take ownership of programming complex surveys and advise internal and external customers on solutions. The Survey Programmer s responsibilities are to execute and deliver online market research surveys using the Decipher platform based on client specifications timing and adhering to a high level of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Programming questionnaires using Decipher including managing translations and internal and external client reporting
- Collaborate closely with data processing for efficient data processing and investigate data issues
- Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure meeting client timing and quality expectations
- Testing surveys
- Advising internal clients on solutions
A core function of the role will require being proactive and up to speed on industry trends and integrating or program new survey programming solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree
- Minimum of 1 year of programming experience in Decipher
- Programming experience with Python and JavaScript
- Education in any of the following fields: analytics statistics mathematics software engineering marketing market research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel
- Willing to learn and communicate new technologies
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills able to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously Superior communication skills
- Proactive and selfdirected
- Strong problemsolving skills with a getitdone attitude
- Creative and intellectually curious
- Works well independently and with teams
- Must be able to work from 9PM6AM
- Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati
In addition the following are desirable:
- Knowledge of data processing software and tools such as SPSS Sawtooth Decipher Dashboard Q R and Tableau
- Used or knowledge of survey programming software tools such as Qualtrics Alchemer (fka SurveyGizmo) Momentive (fka SurveyMonkey)
