Contract Details:

This is a fulltime contract position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract length is negotiable and can range from 6 months to 1 year.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Surgeon to join our team in Houston TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric surgery and be committed to providing exceptional care to young patients. As a Pediatric Surgeon you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose and treat a variety of surgical conditions in children.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform surgical procedures on infants children and adolescents

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients

Conduct preoperative and postoperative consultations with patients and their families

Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Participate in oncall rotations and emergency surgeries

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Stay current on advancements and best practices in pediatric surgery

Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures and postoperative care

Qualifications:

Medical degree from an accredited university

Board certification in Pediatric Surgery

Valid state medical license

Minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric surgery

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a fastpaced and highpressure environment

Commitment to providing compassionate and quality care to pediatric patients
