Tasks

In a nutshell what are we looking for

  • A highly selfdriven organized and detailoriented person in charge of handling internal operations focusing on administrative tasks and collaborating closely with Sales Customer Success and Data teams.
  • A customercentric individual providing topnotch support via email and educational video calls to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Internal Team Support (Sales Customer Success Data): Assist with administrative tasks (e.g. primarily email responses data research & data cleaning).
  • Customer Support: Handle client inquiries via email systematically logging relevant details in our software.
  • Customer onboarding: Guide new customers in using our software by conducting training sessions or video calls with them.Side projects: Initiate any additional project aiming at continually enhancing our customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.

Requirements

Qualification:

  • Previous experience in a customerfacing and/or administrative role in a dynamic startup agency or high growth environment (preferably in SaaS or B2B).
  • Techsavvy person: comfortable with learning and using new technologies and able to navigate various digital platforms effectively.
  • Proficient in GSuite: solid understanding and application of GSuite (especially Google Sheet).

Languages:

  • German proficiency (must have): native speaker or strong professional proficiency with a C1 level.
  • English proficiency: ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically.

Skills:

  • Rigorous and organized person: detailoriented and skilled at prioritizing tasks and staying focused.
  • Customercentric person: dedicated to building positive relationships solving problems and delivering value to customers with the goal of creating loyal and satisfied customers.
  • Collaborative team player with strong independent work capabilities.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
