To support our growing operations and maintain our commitment to outstanding customer service we are seeking motivated Support Interns to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Support Intern at iNet Africa you will be an essential part of our technical team responsible for onsite troubleshooting equipment installation and configuration ticket management equipment maintenance collaboration with other teams feedback collection and staying updated with the latest technologies. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology enjoys problemsolving and is keen to learn and grow in internet service provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customer premises to diagnose and resolve issues that couldnt be fixed remotely.
  • Set up and configure equipment at customer sites ensuring optimal performance.
  • Update tickets with detailed notes on the issue actions taken and resolution. Ensure timely closure of assigned tickets.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to prevent future issues
  • Coordinate with the NOC and other teams for any onsite technical support or when specialized equipment is needed.
  • Gather feedback from customers postservice to understand their satisfaction level and areas of improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest equipment technologies and troubleshooting techniques.



Requirements

  • A degree in Information Technology Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong interest in networking telecommunications and/or technical support.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
