Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and organised professional with international supply chain experience.

On a daytoday you connect with all aspects of our Supply Chain. You identify and act in a timely manner on capacity planning problems in the different areas within the chain.

On the one hand this includes being in control of the operational planning where you are responsible for example for scheduling our incoming goods and delivering to our customers in a timely and qualitative manner. On the other hand you look ahead on a tactical level.

You manage various administrative & logistical processes concerning warehouse activities.

You have a critical eye and together with your colleagues you make sure that process improvements are implemented. You work closely with our Commercial department. They rely heavily on your accuracy and organizational skills. You understand the business from a commercial and logistical point of view and can therefore make the right choices to ensure the process runs smoothly from A to Z.

Together with your colleagues and under the guidance of the Operations Lead you will work to further professionalize our Supply Chain. We are looking for someone with whom we can take the next steps in our Order to Cash Purchase to Pay Transport Management Warehousing & Stock Management processes.

This is what your day looks like. You:

• Are the first point of contact in all areas within our Supply Chain at the operational level;
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure quality deliveries;
• Are constantly concerned with what could be better within the various facets of the operation;
• Anticipate changes quickly and dares to make decisions;
• Switch effortlessly between challenging and varied tasks and act as a bridge between different stakeholders inside and outside the organisation;
• Work on various ad hoc projects in consultation with your manager.

This is you!

• You live in the Netherlands;
• You have a bachelors degree preferably in Supply Chain & Logistics;
• You are fluent in English (Dutch and any other language(s) is a plus);
• You are available full time;
• You have at least 1 year experience in supply chain;
• You are handson decisive and proactive. You think along with the customer come up with solutions and achieve positive results for all stakeholders;
• You enjoy contributing to the success of our company and the Supply Chain in which you can put your entrepreneurship initiatives and cando mentality to good use;
• You are a team player and enjoy getting to know your colleagues on a personal level;
• You have good Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an advantage.
