End to end deep understanding of supply chain forward and reverse flow
Work with crossfunctional partners to deliver projects from initiation through close within supply chain functions (sourcing/manufacturing/supply planning/inventory/logistics)
Work within an agile delivery methodology to develop and support sprint planning reviews and retrospectives and develop cross functional project plans including partnership with technology teams vendors and leaders.

General understanding of Finance and Tax considerations when enabling a new supply chain capability or changes to transactional flow
Understanding of product SKU variations and associated considerations
New market (country) entry experience is a nice to have
Core Program Management Skills Desired
