Job Description:
Provide requisitioning services for nonproduct (Software Hardware & Services) purchases.
Provide guidance and follow up to internal customers.
Review all requests for accuracy completeness and appropriate documentation and or approvals.
Work closely with other requisitions on the team to manage volume and to ensure orders are placed timely.
How will the contractors success be measured:
Ability to place requisitions that have correct codes documentation and approvals.
Culture (Will this contractor be working in a collaborative team environment or as an independent contributor): Both
Desired Skill Sets: Knowledge of SAP Knowledge of Procurement/Requisitioning activities
Required Skill Sets: Proficient in MS Office Attention to detail High level of accuracy Ability to work independently once trained Ability to selfmanage workload and prioritize tasks
Education Level Required: Associate degree
Years of Experience Required: 12
