Manage the development and deployment of the 135year strategic planning process for AAM Centralized Logistics. This will include equipment racking application landscape and utilization.

Managing the process of utilizing BI/BA tools to facilitate near realtime metric collection and reporting.

Work with our various Autoliv cross docks manufacturing locations suppliers and customers on special projects as required.

What youll do:

• Lead the implementation effort of the Logistics Strategic plan. This is a 6point plan designed to focus the logistics team to delivering positive value to the Autoliv Americas region as well as being more closely aligned with the operational and profitability goals of the region and in line with the global directives as set buy the GLC (Global Logistics Committee).
• Lead the effort to refine the technology landscape and roadmap for the AAM region to drive the highest possible efficiencies while delivering continued value through optimization efforts and reduction in redundant data flow.
• Improve our carrier 3way match and payment processes in a way that increases the use of technologybased solutions and reduces the need for manual interaction.
• Assist with the premium freight mitigation process development and deployment in the AAM region.
• Assist with various special projects as directed by the Director of Logistics.

What is required:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management or equivalent at a minimum and MBA is considered an asset
• 710 years experience in supply chain & logistics is crucial in Automotive or Matrix Logistics Organizations
• Languages: English Spanish preferred
• Leadership experience 35 yrs.
