Work location: Canton St. Gallen

Home office: For EU residents 1 day for Swiss residents at least 2 days

Reporting Line: Head SCM (product range)

As a Lead Supply Chain Manager your mission is to oversee and enhance supply chain operations for your assigned product range. Your strategic insight and leadership will drive the development of supply chain strategies aligned with our overall objectives ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction at optimal costs.

Tasks

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies in collaboration with Strategic Sourcing (Category Management) and Operations to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead the supply chain team (Teamleads Specialists operational Buyers) towards achieving excellence in execution and performance monitored through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Serve as a pivotal business partner across departments including Sales Product Management Engineering and Operations to ensure cohesive supply chain management.
• Direct product rangespecific supply chain functions focusing on strategy resource optimization and profitability to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Plan and manage sourcing and procurement activities to meet product demand requirements effectively.

Requirements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• A university degree in Engineering International Management Economics or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience with a global team preferably in industrial operations project purchasing and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent project management skills with a strong focus on crossfunctional stakeholder management.
• Fluent in German and English with a proactive resultsoriented approach to challenges.
• A collaborative team player with a drive for continuous improvement and talent development within the organization.
