As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will have the responsibility of managing supplier calls. This entails making initial calls to suppliers matched to open orders on our client s platform. Additionally you will be tasked with tracking your calls and conducting followup communication. Thats why were dedicated to offering you a fulfilling career experience right from where you are!

• Sales: Our main goal is to get industrial suppliers who do not know about our platform or our orders to create accounts and log in to our website so they may bid on an order. You must be comfortable with making phone calls and ultimately building good rapport to keep suppliers informed and engaged in the benefits of our platform.
  
• Project Management: Our Supply Chain Manager will receive lists of suppliers which we believe are a potential match for orders on our platform. You will be expected to make initial calls follow up and record information from your calls which will require selfdriven organization and project management.
  
• Supply Chain Analysis: Our companys product depends on us being able to show value in the specific supplier data we collect that no one else does. You will run through the list of suppliers mentioned above and search for critical data from their websites as well as any phone calls or email correspondence youve made with them. We will provide a structured method outlining exactly what data were looking for and how to enter it into our data collection tool.
  

Desired Skills (Not Required but a Plus):

• Supply Chain Experience: General familiarity with industry terms and comfort speaking to hardware engineers manufacturers and other supply chain managers.
  
• Data Entry and/or Organization: General knowledge of the workflows involving multiple data entry classification and recordkeeping.
  

• Making initial calls to sheet metal wire harness and contract manufacturers to review and bid on orders.
  
• Categorizing and enriching supplier data. During inactive phone call campaigns searching for specific supplier data extracting categorizing and recording it into a built tool.
  
• Keeping track of called suppliers and conducting followup calls to companies that havent responded including those who havent bid on orders or provided feedback on why the order isnt suitable for their business.
  
• Recording supplier feedback including their interest in bidding on orders and notifying the Industrialist team accordingly. Recording reasons for suppliers lack of interest.
  
• Recording additional supplier information such as equipment products industry verticals and certifications.
  
• Handing off successful calls notifying the Industrialist team of suppliers interested in bidding or building their profile on the platform.
  
• Collecting data using judgment to determine the most valuable information for the company based on provided methodology. Navigating difficult supplier websites to extract relevant data.
