Requirements

Strong analytical skills with good understanding of variance analysis

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Well versed in SAP system MS Office suite.

Good to have some prior supply chain experience.

Having worked in cost optimization models like OpenSolver would be a bonus.

The candidate should have strong data handling skills and communication skills. He/she would be responsible in closely working with central supply chain finance Factory finance and category finance being able to gather review and share data basis the needs of different stakeholders.

Key Roles and Responsibility:

1. Updating multiple MIS: weekly/monthly

1. Symphony savings
2. Restructuring savings
3. Unispark savings
4. NMSCC bridges

1. Tracking actuals vs forecast/budget for units. Identify key cost variances and the underlying reasons

1. Forecasting:

1. Reviewing the BOM usage variance to track actual savings vs the 5S tracker.
2. Reviewing of sourcing matrix with planners vs the input considered in forecast.
3. Periodic review of 2P forecast vs provision vs the bottomup view.

1. Governance and audit:

1. Sourcing hygiene scorecard Sourcing compliance vs the sourcing optimizer recommendation.
2. Random audit of 2p claims 2P PO vs GRN vs invoice.
3. Maintain database and periodic review of all forecasting inputs allocation ratios and inputs on constraints OEE shifts etc being given to the sourcing optimizer.
4. Review of business write off proposal

Partnering in delivering key projects:

1. Factory Format Small C level costing: Workstream to split make cost at a plant format small C level. Improve small C level forecasting hygiene.
2. Material watchtower sourcing optimization: Build an excel optimizer to recommend the best vendor plant wise allocation of top 5 key raw materials. Being able to challenge procurement sourcing and share of business logic.
3. Power BI Benchmarking dashboard: Dynamic dashboard tracking key supply chain metrics in absolute and last 5year trends:

1. Format wise conversion cost benchmarking across units
2. Format wise regionalization %
3. Format wise Kms travelled.
4. Format wise capacity utilized.
5. Format wise CPT trends
6. Factory wise GBV and spends trend.
