Job Overview and Responsibilities *
- Interact with sales and marketing to understand demand drivers
- Analyze and identify demand and forecast gap
- Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool to review historical sales trends and generate statistical forecast
- Conduct demand consensus meeting with business to validate best forecast
- Perform analysis to identify forecast error and drive continuous improvement in demand
- Accountable for forecast accuracy
- Manage business opportunity and New Product Introduction forecast planning
- Key user for planning tool master data maintenance
- Manage warehouse inventory replenishment
- Focal Point for business for coordination with counterparts from other zones for SOP matters
- Manage short term product allocation to manage supply constraints
- Accountable for OTIF and Inventory/slow move stock
- Prepare reports and perform analysis
Requirements
Education and Experience *
- Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor / APICS or its equivalent
- 4-5 years demand forecasting / supply chain management experience
Skills *
- Strong communication and good analytical Skills
- Knowledge in SAP and DynaSys Solutions system will be advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft office excel and googles sheets
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking users.
